Swin Chatsuwan

Swin Chatsuwan formed the Company in 1997, having recognized the need for the Company's services.  From 1994 to 1996 he was the Thai country manager for NatWest Market's equity operations in Thailand.  This culminated a decade of investment banking experience, which started on the analyst training program and as an associate at Morgan Stanley & Co., in New York in 1987.  His first posting upon his return to Thailand was with Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia Limited.  His experience includes many privatization tenders, IPO advisory and placements, M&A, and management of several other equities business areas.  Swin has also been involved in many related activities in Thailand, such as being a member of the Association of Securities Companies, a member of the Government working committee to review the SEC Act, and an advisor to the SEC on equity derivatives.  Swin was educated at Mill Hill School and the London School of Economics (MSc. Econ.).

Alexander J. Wood

Alexander worked at Paribas for nine years in investment banking in Paris and London.  His transactional experience has included privatizations, acquisitions, equity capital markets, structured finance and corporate banking.  Alexander Wood was Chairman of the Association of Mining Analysts (the main professional association representing the mining finance and investment community in London) in 1998.  He has lectured at the Ecole des Mines and the first Euromoney School of Mining Finance and has recently been commissioned by Euromoney to write a book on Applied Corporate Finance in the Mining & Metals Sector.  Alexander is a graduate of London School of Economics and Oxford University.

Thomas Wisniewski

Tom was a Partner of the Mitchell Madison Group, a management-consulting firm.  He was a founding member of the firm which grew from start-up in 1994, to US$ 200+ Million in revenues and 700+ employees in 1999, when it was sold to USWeb/CKS.  Tom also served as interim CEO of Global Sourcing Services, a B2B business-process-outsourcing venture in the direct marketing space. GSS managed the execution of marketing for multiple clients with total campaign spending of US$ 710 Million per year.  Tom started his professional career as a part of the IT division of Morgan Stanley and subsequently joined their Corporate Finance Department.  Tom is a graduate of Clark University and holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Management at Dartmouth College.

Katrina Bignasca

Katrina was formerly the CFO of a Thai real estate development company, which she helped to found with Paragon partners.  During this time she participated in the company’s entering into major low end housing projects which the company undertook with National Housing Association.  Prior to this, she was the head of investments for Deutsche Bank Real Estate in Sydney.  In that time Katrina undertook solicitation, due diligence, negotiation and execution of several real estate deals in Australia.  She is an Australian chartered accountant with more than 10 years experience in real estate.  She was educated at the University of Sydney.

Belinda J. Vinke

Belinda is responsible to all operations matters including accounting, invoicing, client logistics and other support areas.  She was responsible for Hertz Thailand, Mothercare Thailand and Mauboussin Thailand which were Paragon Partners investment companies.  Prior to this she was General Manager of Habitat Thailand and helped Jaspal group launch their home collection business.  She started her career in advertising with Lowe Worldwide.  She was educated at the University of Hawaii.

Anuchit Tungkitsuwanich

Anuchit is a licensed financial advisor and a local CFA (CISA) with more than 5 years experience in real estate financing with a major local commercial bank.  His experience also includes both large and small project funding, credit marketing, credit management and risk management.  Anuchit also has an MBA from NIDA a top post graduate school in Thailand.

Kiatiyos Thiranutti

Kiatiyos has more than 4 years experience in debt restructuring, project finance and risk management with a major local commercial bank.  His experience includes risk assessments and development plans for major Thai public companies and multinationals, including property companies.  He has also developed localised risk management tools adapting international accepted practices.  Kiatiyos has a Master in Finance from NIDA a top post graduate school in Thailand.
